Rent is due on the 1st of each month. The first month will be pro-rated. The last month will not be pro-rated. Note: Credit/Debit card transactions will include a fee of 3.63% plus .15 cents per transaction to cover processing fees. ACH (Auto Debit) transactions will include a 2% fee plus a $1 per transaction.
